The aura behind this F-16 is caused by the high-g maneuver it’s pulling- the low pressure wake causes water in the air to condense, diffracting light like a prism and making a rainbow.

Scratch that, it’s just caused by the pressure differential above and below the wing- it could happen at one g in the right conditions.
